I believe  from internet research  this is Italian silver Smith mark  have not taken to jeweler  but did magnetic test and it does not stick to magnet and clearly stamped from internet research 

Scratch marks could be 5559 not sure

GILT Gold colour Triangle has design on  ridges rib  + flat crossover and plain smooth silver  links between each
