Product OverviewThe MAX3088ESA+ is a fail-safe, high speed (10Mbps), RS485/RS422 transceiver in8 pin NSOIC package. The fail-safe circuitry in this device features a logichigh receiver output when receiver inputs are open or shorted, it means that thereceiver output will be a logic high if all transmitters on a terminated bus aredisabled (high impedance). The driver slew rates is not limited, making transmitspeed up to 10Mbps.
