Voltage Reference Series - Fixed, 2.048V reference, ± 2ppm/°C, NSOIC-8Product OverviewThe MAX6162AESA+ is a precision, low dropout, micropower voltage reference in 8pin NSOIC package. This three terminal device features a curvature correctioncircuit and laser trimmed thin film resistors that result in a very lowtemperature coefficient of ±2ppm/°C and an initial accuracy of 2mV. It typicallydraws only 100µA of supply current and can source 5mA or sink 2mA of loadcurrent. This device offers a supply current that is virtually independent ofthe supply voltage (8µA/V variation) and do not require an external resistor. Itis an internal compensated device which does not require an externalcompensation capacitor. Eliminating the external compensation capacitor savesvaluable board area in space critical applications.
