Paid for e book as soon as i got bank details from seller
E book was sent which i had trouble in opening and i sent them an email to which they replied that they will get someone to call/help me with this etc.
To date have not heard anything fropm seller

I'm very disappointed. Paid seller, faxed proof, after a while received the mail, but the link didn't work. Have sent emails, called 3 times (never available!) and sent another email yesterday (still no reply). Not impressed. Hopefully by this negative rating, I might get what I paid for in March!!
