Bean Pole Blue Peter Runner (10 Seeds)

The Blue Peter Runner Bean is very prolific producer of purple coloured beans which grows on the vigorous vines which sports purplish shades on the leaves and stems.  The purple bean pods grow to about 25cm long.

This is one of the tasty bean pods that taste deliciously crisp when harvested fresh, chop it into 1cm pieces and add it to salads still raw.  When it is cooked it will turn lose the purple colour and turn green.

For an abundance of beans, harvest the pods continuously throughout the season.

This vigorous climbing vine is also a very beautiful fence filler, if you like your green landscapes.
