The Black Knight Tatsoi is an army green leafy green, with a mild cabbage like flavour. This variety taste a little more subtle than the usual tatsoi.

It germinated very quick, in some cases 2-3 days with fresh seed. It is both cold and heat tolerant and very high disease resistance.

I haven't noticed pests around the plant except for a few grasshopper bites. It took a long time before it bolted and bloomed, and I grew during our 34 degrees Celsius summer weather, so it truly is heat tolerant.
