Celery Utah has dark green stem with green heart shaped leaves used in salads. The Utah Celery does exceptionally well with disease toleration, it grows up to 80cm and has a crisp textures and rich flavour. There are some people, like me, that don't like the raw flavour of Celery as it can taste like soap to some people. Using it in soups makes it taste differently. Eating the stems with something like peanut butter, helps with the taste.

Celery is a rich source of minerals and antioxidants, vitamin C and dietary fiber which aid gut health, it contains flavonoids and polyphenols that aids with reducing inflammation. It is made of up to 95% water, which makes it great for hydration.
