A loose page in front indicates that this was a library book from Simonstown Public Library with subscription cost information still in pounds.

Red hardcover with yellowing, age stains and some corners and binding damaged.

Interestingly, the pairs of the last few pages of the book have not been separated at the top after printing, meaning that nobody could ever have read them without cutting the tops (see pic)
