ChungJungOne Cooking Wine With Ginger & Plum is a cooking mirin that softly and neatly removes odours from meats and fish. It is flavoured with Bay Leaf, and when used in meat, fish and stir-fry, it adds a wonderful umami flavour. Works well with meats and fish. Eliminates meaty and fishy smells.

Purified water, other fructose, sugar, glucose, fermented vinegar, refined salt (domestic), ginger concentrate 1.15% {Ginger extract (Ginger: domestic)/solid content 0.69%}, alcohol, plum concentrate 0.65% {Plum concentrate (plum: Domestic) / solid content 0.37%}, citric acid, malic acid, lactic acid, succinic acid
