Spine sunned and faded; soiled, with a couple of small specks or stains. Spine rubbedespecially along hinges and head and heel of spine. Edges of text block foxed. Small book shop sticker, as well as a small eroded patch due to sticker removal on pastedown. Very light foxing on front free endpaper. Prelims foxed and final pages of Index age-toned. Intermittent foxing throughout text block, with about four or five other small brown stains in the margins. Crease across lower corners pp. 147-152; a 10mm closed tear p. 160; rear free endpaper foxed and heavily age-toned. No inscriptions, no highlighting or underlining, no annotations or marginalia. Securely bound, no loose or missing pages.
