Though naturally in white colour, the tapioca pearls can be transformed into a variety of colour by adding ingredients. They are also used as pudding thickeners. Cooking Instructions:
Boil water in a pan, then add tapioca pearls. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Then simmer for another 10 minutes or until the pearls turn translucent. Stir occasionally so they don't stick to the bottom of pan.
