The blade is made from German 1075 High Carbon Steel and are heat treated and annealed to about 56-58 Rockwell hardness. The edge is hand finished and polished to razor sharpness. The Hardwood handle is made of Hardwood from Central America, similar to Hickory. It is finished with a smooth grip and is known for its long durability. Includes a high quality, heavy duty, handcrafted leather sheath with a swivelling belt loop that allows the tool to swing out of the way while moving through brush or jungle.
