Assembly Directions:
Assemble the Left Y-Axis Assembly: Pass the left Y-axis assembly (with the belt facing up) through the X-axis assembly and attach the belt.
Assemble the Right Y-Axis Assembly: Follow the same steps as with the left assembly. Insert two T-shaped nuts into both the left and right Y-axis assemblies.
Assemble the Rear and Front X-Axis Profiles: Secure the rear and front X-axis profiles using eight M5x20 screws.
Assemble the Three Tripods and Control Box: Use eight screws to lock the tripods and control box in place. Push the X-axis assembly to the end and ensure it is parallel to the rear X-axis profile.
Assemble the 5W Laser Module: Attach the laser module to the fixing plate. Ensure that the fixed focus bar makes contact with the surface of the material when it is in a naturally vertical position. Secure it with two hand screws on the right, then turn the fixed focus bar clockwise until it is magnetically held. Finally, plug in the laser module cord.
Focus and Maintenance: Follow the assembly instructions carefully to achieve the correct focus. Wipe the protective lens of the laser module with a lint-free cloth and alcohol to ensure optimal engraving performance.
