"Elephants Feet"

Interesting caudiciform succulent from the Cape Province.

We are selling young plants (as in the above pictures) they are now almost 3 years old and well established.

Their little caudex is now about 15mm. in diameter.

Please note that these plants are predominantly winter growers and they go dormant during the hot

summer months. (their growing season runs from February till October (in the Southern Hemisphere that is !)

These young plants should be protected from too much sun.

Their growth consists of a vine with hart-shaped leaves.

For best results give the vine some support (plantsticks or perhaps some wire)

and shelter them from too much wind while they are still young.
