Installation & Warranty Guidelines
To maintain warranty eligibility, installation must be performed by a certified electrical wireman or Master Electrician registered with the Department of Labour. A valid Certificate of Compliance (COC) is required upon completion, confirming adherence to SANS 10142 standards.
Warranty claims require installation photos, a valid COC, and proof of installation by a qualified professional.
