Hardcover first published by Michael Joseph, 1957. The jacket is whole, with some wear and tape reinforcement to edges, and small holes along the folds, and some marks to the spine and faces. The boards are clean and square. The first end paper contains the signature of a previous owner in pen. The front and rear inside boards and opposite pages have some mild foxing / spotting, as do the top external page edges. The pages are otherwise clean and unmarked.
