Very good: contents clean but have some minor highlighting and pencil notes, and binding tight. There is a tiny stain to the top edge and the laminate on the front board has a closed tear near the spine at the top. Boards show minor edgewear. There are only a few highlights and notes in the text, not a lot.
This is a scarce , detailed book on the manufacturing of feta cheese. Very useful tips for the cheesemakers out there.
