They are not reversible. This plate, machined out of high quality material, will allow you to repair the door and reinforce the door latch area without body work. In addition to the three stock bolt locations there are an additional 3 holes for screws or rivets for further reinforcement. Three self tapping screws are included with the plate. The finish has been changed from a brushed finish to a vibratory tumbled finish. It is recommended that the door hinges also be repaired as they are the root cause of the door latch mounting failure. This plate will only repair the door itself.
