Genuine vintage North British Locomotive Company nickel number plate - SAR 15 F 3033. This old number plate was 1 of 60 locomotives ordered from the North British Locomotive Company by M.M. Loubser, Chief Mechanical Engineer (CME) of the South African Railways (SAR) in 1945. They were Class 15F 4-8-2 mountain type steam locomotives, and the plate was for locomotive number 3033. The plate is diamond shaped and has North British Locomotive Company Ltd, Glasgow, 1945, No 25572 on the front. It measures 34cm x 13.5cm, and is in good condition. Great buy for the collector.
