Cover clean and bright. Superficial shelf-wear. Light creasing to upper and lower edges. Very light rubbing to corners. Very light marking on front free endpaper. Small, faint brown stains in the margins of pages 46-51 and 56 (Not to be confused with the much more visible "spattering of mud" seen on the spine and also scattered in the margins throughout the book, which is not a defect but the graphic designer's effort to convey a sense of adventure.) Otherwise the book is in fine condition--probably  a new book that was shop-handled at most. No inscriptions, no underlining or highlighting, no annotations or marginalia. Binding tight, no loose or missing pages, no torn pages.
