Delivery was fast. Product was disappointing. This 20000 Mah powerbank only charged my Samsung S7 to 75% before running out of power. Is it faulty?

Though the delivery service was excellent, the product didn't perform to expectations. Quality 3D images was a bit hazy which neg. affect experience.
