Bought over the festive season. Worrying absence of communication for an electronics company. Fax not working, delayed response to email or voicemail (2-3 days) once payment made.
Product had a fault that had to be rectified by Acer.
Repair costs refunded by seller.
Sorry - won't be buying here again.
This order was shipped to you during Xmas, hence the lack of communication and our offices was closed at that time anyway. Your charger had a fault which was replaced by Acer at OUR cost, and speedily as well. That should say something about our service despite it being xmas week and our offices being closed.
