The auction was hadled well, but that was where my good fortune ended. The Mmabatho Sun is a great venue, but they managed to mess up my booking(I confirmed 3 times), they messed up my golf booking(I confirmed 3 times) The management said that they would not help with anything and that I should take it or leave it. This hotel's service and management are not even 2* quality. I would not reccommend it at all.
So sorry to hear that your golf booking was messed up - I have checked with the establishment, and unfortunately since Leopard Park does not belong to them they can at any time be informed that there are golf days that take place.Mmbatha Sun has been one of the most successful travel auctions under the Travelgigs banner and has received 99% positive ratings as far as accommodation, service and golf is concerned - as I said, it was just unfortunate that you had a bad deal.Geraldine Responded 29 Feb 2004
