Frustrated with response or lack of response from threecities. I have found that very frustrating as I need to repeat all my information all over again due to the fact that they don't know the original story of me winning the Bid or Buy bid.
When e-mailing a request though it take about 2 or more days to get a reply from threecities. I get quotes of rates for that period, not bearing in mind that I am paying the amount of my winning bid.
