I agreed to meet with Mr Palaman on the 31/05/2003 and he was suppose phone and confirm the the time to arrange payment and delivery. He failed to contact me and I have not heard from him since then. On the 13/06/2003 i received a complaint against me and I am shocked as I had sent him emails and were returned delivery failed. I am awaiting for Mr Palaman to contact me so we can conclude the deal.
I won the bid in the begining of August 2002 and paid the next day. It has been more than 4 months and to date I have not received my vouchers. I have sent numerous emails and phoned , there has been no response.

UP TO NOW WE HAVE TRIED EVERY POSSIBLE REMEDY FOR THIS SITUATION BUT CAN ONLY OFFER THIS REMEDY RATHER THEN STOPPING THIS EXTREMELY POPULAR LOW COST PROGRAMME.
