The seller was supposed to forward the PAXI parcel release PIN as soon as he received it . I had to wait three days before I could claim my parcel.

Paxi sends a sms with the pickup PIN to the customer. We have had 100's of parcels which cleared without intervention from our end. Check cellphone.
