Travelgigs defaulted on this deal - the auctioned venue couldn't provide accommodation. Even though the admin error was on the side of Travelgigs or their agents, they refused to supply similar accommodation. I am truly disappointed with their unprofessional conduct - in the end they insisted on returning my money, without delivering. I have however reported the matter to the Tourism Board. Please consider the company's ratings carefully.
Such a pity that you have taken this attitude - instead of accepting that the best way to handle this problem was to refund you the full amount of the auction. I would also like to inform you that Travelgigs has nothing to do with the Tourism board.Geraldine Responded 29 Feb 2004
