I won the bid on 16 Jan, got a call from 3cities on Sunday 18 Jan. I sent email to them on 19 Jan with date of booking requesting details as to how things progress from here. Got another call from them on 21Jan, but no details. Nothing whatsoever happened since. I do not appreciate their commitment and am not concluding the deal.
Slow to respond initially - Due to PC problems. Sent wrong umbrella, standalone instead of side supported. But recipient happy with delivered product - so no issue.
