Ahmed sent the package as soon as he received my payment, but unfortunately it was to the wrong address. I changed the delivery address for the buy. Seller offered the 2nd edition at no extra cost. Improved customer service to please. I will still recommend that the shipping charges be included in the price that is paid for the product instead of adding it to shipping charges - More transparent. Seller willing to change to improve results.
