yes 25th i bought it and 8 emails later still no tracking number i had to phone and phone to get a response from you, you are confusing lack of patiences with common courtesy and being responsible and sending out valid information via email
You bought on the 25th, as explained in the email, the money must reflect first and then a only can we ship, all details have been included in our email to you, your parcel is not late, you are just impatient. As explained all necessary info has been sent to you regarding shipping and tracking. Communication was very very bad Took over a month to get my product, then i received it and the box was broken, the dvd's don't play on my PC and when i put it in a dvd player it only plays in the middle leaving blank spots on either side of the screen!
i am very unhappy and will look to return this goods for a refund
