I am so disappointed in the quality of the ring. It looks like a flea marked item.
I aksed for another size, that was ignored. To get a moneybookers account was a massive issue!!! Not worth the time, trouble or effort. Ruth seems a lovely person but i was not happy.
Communication is vital in any online transaction. If you were disappointed with your bid/win, would it not have been simpler to send an email trying to resolve the 'problem' before leaving a neutral rating? My first time ordering an item from the net. I was nervous! I finally got it but the wait was worth it. I would like to order from Kevin again. He is very professional and can be rather rude when pestered but I understand his frustrations. Thanks Kevin!! I am satisfied with my ring its so pretty!!
