SUPER CAPACITOR RADIAL D/L C-TYPE 1.0F 5.5VDC P=5 SE-5R5-D105VYC3H

The one 5.5v 1f(O511) is faulty.Connected in series voltage over each cap is 5.3–5.3 and the faulty unit is 3.5v DC.It must be balanced.(input voltage is 13v dc. Please advise replacement.Thanks Alan 0836100374.
