I was initially very happy with the quick reply i received back from the supplier, however the parcel was stolen in the post service. The supplier remained responsive and sent me a replacement relatively quickly.
I had the replacement belt for 2 days, used it once and since then it will not work. The supplier informed me that there is no guarantee on the product. I am VERY UNHAPPY regarding the entire service that I have received. I will not be buying from them again!!!
I was happy with the speed at which the item was couriered to me however, once received I found that the power socket was cracked and could not be used immediately. I was not overly impressed but this is one of the negative points of using the postal system!
