Your order was delivered to you on the same day you requested it to be. How can you say that its not functioning properly when all you have to do is register the software with mircosoft prior to using it? There are no lame excuses for you not being computer literate. Leaving negative feedback for me because you dont know how to use the pc is just dumb of you!!! Explain what else you are waiting for? You got the laptop, battery, charger.
