As constructive criticism - if this business wants to be taken seriously on this site, assign a specific person to deal with all sales. With multiple people handling the buyers & not communicating well, you are just frustrating customers, since some people don't seem as adept at this kind of customer support.
I also don't see why this seller is constantly changing their User ID.

Only negative is the word "Original" in the ad. It's still excellent quality stuff, smells like the original & lasts all day long. But some buyers might get upset or feel misled.
