I was offshore when I made this purchase. The seller patiently and politely waited until I was able to transact the funds then sprang into action once I had paid. I am still offshore so I have yet to see the item but the service and response from the seller was commendable
I work offshore, so I have not laid eyes on it yet I have it on good authority (my wife) that the knife set is impressive. The delivery was effected as per promise - 3 or 4 working days, and communication with the seller was very amiable. I look forward to further transactions
My initial disappointment was soon dissolved after the seller talked me through the Run procedure. The delivery was immediate and the package is well woth while.
Considering the logistics (I was aboard a ship off the coast of Namibia when I placed the order) my packages arrived swiftly and safely. I am thrilled with the camera though the custom dues were more than I expected, but that does not detract from the efficiency of the seller. I am duly impressed.
The watch was delivered 3 days after I contacted Freek. That's pretty good going since Freek was in Jhb at the time, I was on a ship off the Namibian coast and the watch was delivered to Cape Town. I am still @ sea so I have not seen it yet but my wife assures me it's magnificent - complete with manuals and full documentation. I am suitably impressed
