Dear David, we closed for the year end shutdown. If you have a problem the correct procedure is to write and/or telephone us to advise us of the problem. You opted to post a negative rating before affording us the opportunity to rectify the problem, this is not normal or fair practice. May I point out that we have been registered since 18 August 2000 and we have transacted well in excess of R10,000 per item and we have performed and the clients have posted positive ratings.
