It looks like your algorythm expects a counter offer to be more than the offer made, as I tried to counter with 80% of your offer, but it declined me stating I HAVE to offer between 50 and 99%, so it seems the option to counter, is only an eyeblind, one gets forced to either accept or decline the sellers offer....
