Received faulty device. So far 100% of used devices ordered form Bobshop were faulty. One device was exchanged for a different device.

Sonoff Si7021 Temperature & Humidity Sensor

The product ordered is not what was received. A Si7021 sensor was ordered and a THS01 delivered. I would like to return the THS01. Please advise.

Hi - please accept our apologies. Unbeknown to us, Sonoff discontinued the model that you ordered. When queried we were told it is the same thing.
