Money paid to him the following day after bidding closed. He contacted me to arrange for delivery and it was agreed to be Friday, 21/9/07. However, nothing was delivered, his cellphone was off until and including Tuesday 25/9/07. He has not replied to my e-mail. He has not contacted me in any way. Being a first time buyer on bidorbuy, this is not an assuring experience, even though I have taken note of his ratings. What to do next if I cannot get hold of him and he continues not to make contact?
