Still struggling to reach seller almost 6 days since accepting personal offer extended to me on 20 Sep 2007, making payment to him plus sending proof of payment through on 20 Sep 2007 as well. Phone always off and no response to my emails. Bid or Buy have sent through a first warning but to no avail. Very disappointed. It looks like legal action will need to be taken and fraud charges laid.
I was made a personal odrer offer on the 21/09/2007 for the Nokia E90 by Rikus. Order was placed and payment done. Same story with trying to get hold of him. Phone is always off and on respones on emails. BOB must really take action here. This guy is bad nuwes. All online bidders beware.
This guy is a complete fraudster. I bid on the E90 communicator and lost the bidding to b marietjie. Two days later the seller e-mailed me with a second chance offer which I accepted but would only pay COD. I have had no communication from him since and phone off as described by other negative feedback. Sorry for to everyone else who has been conned by this guy. BOB needs to take action!!!

However, nothing was delivered, his cellphone was off until and including Tuesday 25/9/07. He has not replied to my e-mail. He has not contacted me in any way. Being a first time buyer on bidorbuy, this is not an assuring experience, even though I have taken note of his ratings. What to do next if I cannot get hold of him and he continues not to make contact?
