We are constantly advised that the bid is a legal contract, so why did we have to aacept higer charges for delivery and the mere fact the the item could not be delivered.
I understand the problems that have occured with supplier and do symphatise with you but by tacit agreement we should have got items deliverred without any compliactions as choice of supplier is yours.
