Package was recieved but one item were not in the expected condition. Seller did however offer to clean item that was not in satisfactory condition as his cost.
Hi, as explained via mail, the R1 would tone differently as the rest of the coins as it is made of silver and the rest of the coins from nickel. I offered to dip the coin to get rid of the toning at my own cost - but still client decided to give me a Neutral rating. Responded 06 Dec 2007
