Ordered 3 generators, tried to arrange to fetch the generators on Sat 19/01, was told that the storage facility (auction house) was closed over weekends. Phoned seller on Mon to arrange collection, was told that somebody bought a lot of his stock over the weekend and that he'll have to see what is left. Received mail Mon late - somebody bought all his stock at the auction house over the weekend, after telling me that it is closed on weekends. Please be careful if you deal with this guy!
Very unfortunate what happened, the generators are kept at an auction house(AUCOR) with a reserve and the an agreement that before any sale is accepted they need to contact us first, my agent works mon-fri and he releases them for me,if he is not there then they cant get booked out, over the weekend they held an auction and without informing us sold 30, thus the inability to deliver, very unfortunate, as I have always strived to keep my 100% rating, explained to buyer, in length.
