I'll give him a positive since he delivered however quite unfriendly... could not allow me to collect yet I stay 15 minutes-drive away from his location... I believe he would not mind if I never bought from him again
? Terms clearly indicate that collections are not permitted. You admittedly knew this, yet chose to ignore it & expected that you would be the exception. Refusal to grant you exceptional access to a service that is not permitted, is not unfriendly at all. Item was at your PO within 48 hours of order. ----- has devised the best way to defraud buyers, he lets others use his BoB account and in this case his son. Promised private courier @R60 (shipping cost) which turned out to be a R12.63 post office ordinary mail, thus making an extra R47 plus off my item. Contacted, he doesn't care less. The shipping was only done after several calls demanding for the item. ADVICE, DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER UNLESS HE MAKES DELIVER BEFORE PAYMENT. VERY NASTY SELLER.
People always seem to forget that shipping charges include the packaging that the item is packed in , the INSURANCE unless you as a buyer would like to loose your item and teh paying of the DRIVER to sends it.I did not over charge you and when you phoned me i TOLD you that i was willing to pay money back out to you but instead of being mature about this you put the phone down in my ear.So i would rather say that YOUR the unprofessional one and i would never like to deal with you again. What?I was willing to help u from the start. AFTER you had paid for the phone I contacted you to apologise for the delay & to check if there was anything else you needed. Each listing clearly states that the phones are shipped from outside the country and that I cant be held responsible for any duties, if u dont beleive me have a look at your listing. WARNING!!!!! BUY NOTHING FROM THIS GUY.... Johan Claims NEVER 2 have received my payment. I've sent proof to the Admin BoB and they say there is nothing they can do.... I am going to place my proof of payment on a website for all to see... Johan is a cheat... But telling people to fax proof of payment to a Premium fax number is to defraud buyers... BoB seems to be part of his cheat...
