The seller was very professional in the beginning with service but as soon as i got the goods, I was very disappointed. The item I bid for was a 8 gb player but I received a 4gb player. Subsequent attempts to contact the seller have been unsuccesful. Will never do bussiness with him again.
Received product in good order. Still trying to get to know the product and use to its full capabilities. Seller was quick in response (telephonically) and delivery.

Hi Yan. Thank you I did recieve the product in good condition. There is still one problem. You said it had an AV IN and it is only an AV OUT to tv. Listen you must explain to me how this work or other wise I will have to return this product to you and get my money back or you will have to get me something Like a HUM MPM 18 or something with an AV IN. I need it to work with a spy camera that I told you.

Service was great. I received the phone within 2days. When I got the phone, I was really dissapointed that it had so many scratches and looked really old. I also did not recieve the GPS as advertised. I contacted the seller, and told him my concern. It turns out I have to buy the GPS license seperate, but I dont need it right now. The phone is in good working order. I love the phone more and more I use it.
Excusing the fact that Yan mistakenly posted the item to the counter instead of to door I would highly recommend this seller. Postage and delivery WAS prompt and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Really goes the extra mile to keep his customers happy. Looking forward to future purchases from you Yan.
I am not very happy with the service I received as I bought a phone that was not working, I had to constantly send smses, emails and even call the seller to assist me. I now have to pay an additional amount to have it fixed which I am quite upset about.
