Returns Terms and Conditions

Return Policy Within 7 Days of Order/Delivery Date:
Items Over 20 kg: A delivery and collection fee of R499 will be charged per delivery/collection.
Items Under 20 kg: A delivery and collection fee of R129 will be charged per delivery/collection
If a item returns without original packaging this cannot be resold - no refund will be allocated  

Return Policy 7 days after Order/Delivery Date:
A collection can be arranged at a additional cost of the below if the customer has had a change of mind
Items Under 20 kg: A fee of R129 will be charged.
Items Over 20 kg: A fee of R499 will be charged.

 

If the unit arrives damaged we will arrange a collection and once the item is returned and assessed will we process a refund.

Items being returned due to change of mind must be returned in original packaging, otherwise a refund will not be processed

Clients can return their own orders to the below address if they want to not have any additional fees deducted from their refund:

Assessment and Refund:
Once the item is returned to us, it will be assessed, and we will advise on the refund status. Please note that a refund can take up to 14 days to be refunded depending on the area where the collection is taking place

Damaged Items:
If the item is considered damaged upon assessment, the customer will be notified and can collect the item if they want the item back.
If the product is out of original packaging and not resellable this will also be assessed as a damaged return and therefore won't be refunded.

If the item is advertised "Free delivery" the return fee is still applicable.
