Details

The Blue Belle skirt features a full petticoat layer that extends slightly below the hem. The waistband is flat in front ensuring a smooth tummy area and shirred (elasticated) at the back making it easy to slip on and off and ensuring comfort all day long. Multiple inverted darts extend quite far down off the waistband causing the full flare over the hips. The layers ensure a gorgeous weighted flow as you move. The front boasts a soft belt that threads through the loops on the waistband and ties in front. Wear this skirt with heels or flats and any of our Big Blue tops to look amazing every time!
