The Jablotron LD-12 flood sensor has two outputs - one is active if the sensor is submerged, the other is active if it is dry". For flood evaluation it is ideal to use, for example, the Quido I/O module.

The ideal way to remotely detect flooding in your building is to connect a flood sensor to the Quidu ETH 3/0. Connecting the sensor and Quido is simple, as can be seen from the following picture. (The sensor can also be connected to most other Quidos that have inputs.)
