Hardcover published by Apud Universitatem Stellenbossiensem, undated but probably 1946 (preface date June 1946). Externally worn, marked and scuffed, with fraying and surface insect damage the length of the spine. Creasing and "bubbling" to the front and rear paste-downs, and two lengthy pen gift inscriptions on the front end-papers. Spine slightly weak, but all pages still well bound and all plates present.
